That’s the only word I can think of to describe Adrienn Banhegyi’s clinic and performance on Wednesday night (2/22) at the Greenpoint YMCA in Brooklyn, New York. Adri, as many of you know, is a World and European jump rope champion and two-time World record holder. She was in town to perform at halftime of the basketball game pitting the Knicks against the 76ers at Madison Square Garden and graciously offered to come to Greenpoint to show us her stuff. And man was that a lot of stuff. She taught us a series of tricks including handle releases, behind-the-leg jumps, swings and crosses, and “catching” our fellow jumpers with the rope. Her performance was spellbinding. Click here to check it out.
