Sending lots of love to all the moms out there. You have the toughest job in the world, are usually grossly underpaid, and don’t get nearly enough credit. My mom was a beautiful soul who left this world on December 15. Since this is the first Mother’s Day I’ve experienced since my mom’s passing it was an especially painful one, made even more so by my stupidly cracking a rib on Friday while doing self-myofascial release using the Supernova Ball. If you’re thinking of getting one please note that it’s rock hard! But I digress. Some of you knew my mom, but most of you didn’t. Either way, I thought you might enjoy reading this tribute to her by the good folks at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire where she was a superstar volunteer for many years. If you get a chance to read the piece you’ll understand what inspired me to create Punk Rope and Beastanetics.
