If you like a generous helping of rock and roll with your workout, then MoshFit is perfect for you.
MoshFit consists of a variety of highly effective bodyweight exercises that will improve your cardiovascular conditioning, strength, agility, power, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Oh, and you’ll burn a sh*tload of calories in the process.
MoshFit is appropriate for exercisers of all fitness levels from recovering couch potatoes to competitive athletes. You’ll go at your own pace and if a movement doesn’t feel right we’ll offer you a safe substitute.
