Location to be determined
The Punk Rope Games have been held annually in New York City since 2009. A playful cross between the Olympics and Mardi Gras, the Games feature up to 16 teams of 4 in costume competing in 10 events. The events range from the highly athletic to the moderately ridiculous. Previous Games featured the Rubber Chicken Toss Relay, the Styrofoam Noodle Javelin Throw, Team Long Rope Jumping, Double Unders, Dreidel Spinning, and Partner Punk-Ups. People of all fitness levels and ages are welcome to participate. The Games benefit the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire, where Vicky Haft—the mom of Punk Rope founder Tim Haft—volunteered for many years. Immediately following the Games, join us for an awards ceremony and celebration.
